General Terms of Service
The program Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms and explains how your personal information is collected, used and shared in connection with the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Citi Prestige Concierge.
This service is provided by Aspire Lifestyles and its limousine providers and is available to Citi Prestige Singapore and Citi Prestige Hong Kong cardholder.
The Limousine Airport Transfer Service refers to a single trip between a Pick-Up and a Drop-off location within a single city or geographical area, and one of the locations must be an international airport. Shall the transfer exceed the total service distance, additional surcharge will be levied.
For Citi Prestige Singapore cardholders, one of the locations must be Changi International Airport.
Cardholders are required to submit booking requests via Citi Prestige Concierge platform, or by requesting through Concierge via phone, email, or chat. Full payment (base fare and other inclusive surcharges) will be charged to the Cardholder’s Citi Prestige card upon submission of booking(s).
The quoted rate includes insurance, fuel costs, service of chauffeur and prevailing taxes.
Holiday, night/midnight, peak period, and / or weekend surcharge may be applied to bookings. Charges are based on respective vehicle types.
The Transfer Service is available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
Limousine booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance for non-peak period. Bookings made less than 72 hours prior to pick-up time must be made directly with Citi Prestige Concierge via Email / Phone / Chat and will strictly subject to availability.
Additional charges will apply for add-ons or changes, e.g., child seat, baby seat, additional or unusual luggage, additional passenger, additional stops, extra waiting time. The Cardholder will be notified of such charges .
Mid-stop request during transfer is allowed, but it will be charged out as another transfer.
Maximum capacity for vehicles:
Vehicle model of the Sedan at each service location may vary. The Service Provider reserves the right to replace any vehicle when necessary. Request for MPV is subject to availability at each location.
As a surcharge reference and for passenger and road safety, the passenger and luggage capacity of a Sedan is 3 passengers and 2 medium-sized luggage not exceeding 28”, while passenger and luggage capacity of MPV People Carrier is 4 passengers and 4 medium-sized luggage not exceeding 28”. Luggage must be safely secured in a closed trunk/luggage compartment for services to be rendered.
The maximum passenger count includes a combination of adult, infants, and children.
Golf bags, surf boards, wheelchairs, children’s prams or any other bulky items must be declared as separate items and at the point of booking. Additional charges may apply, and acceptance of the booking and goods is subject to vehicle capacity and driver discretion.
Cancellation / Amendment Policy :
Any cancellation or amendment must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the arranged Airport Transfer.
No refund will be made for any cancellations to booking made less than 48 hours prior to start of trip.
“No-Show” is defined as when a chauffeured car is sent to pick the hirer at a specified pre-arranged time and the hirer of the vehicle does not show up at the stipulated time or location. A cancellation fee of 100% based on the estimated charges will be imposed for No-Show.
Amendments or cancellations to existing bookings must be made by the Cardholder by contacting Citi Prestige Concierge in their card issuing country directly via call, Email or chat via the online Citi Prestige Concierge platform.
A change fee will be charged on top of additional surcharges for amendments made less than 48 hours prior to start of the trip. Confirmation to amendments made less than 48 hours prior to trip will be subject to availability.
For Citi Prestige Singapore cardholders, any cancellation or amendment submitted within the 48 hours prior to the arranged airport Transfer will be treated as a deduction of one Airport Transfer entitlement.
For avoidance of doubt, cancellations and amendments (less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time), and ‘no show’ will be treated as a deduction of one Airport Transfer Entitlement, if the Cardmember has qualifying entitlements in the quarter to deduct. Cardmembers will not need to bear the full charge if an entitlement is deducted. However, if Cardmembers have no qualified entitlements to deduct in that quarter, the full charge will be applicable.
Grace Waiting Period:
Airport Pick-up / Arrivals: A 60-minute grace period will be given for all airport arrival pick-ups. 25% of the transfer fee will be charged for every 15 minutes after grace period (timing is based on Passenger on board time recorded by chauffeur).
Departure Pick-up: A 15-minute grace period for all airport departure pick-ups. 25% of the transfer fee will be charged for every 15 minutes after grace period (timing is based on Passenger on board time recorded by chauffeur).
A Transfer Service representative will convey the first reminder to the Cardholder if there is no sign of the guest at the 50th minute and 10th minute for both arrivals and departures respectively. The chauffeur will leave the pick-up point 10 minutes post waiting time if both sides fail to reach the traveler.
Cardmembers are encouraged to book their airport limousine pick up at least two and a half hours before the flight departure time to ensure sufficient time to reach the airport. For pick-ups from Changi International Airport, Cardmembers are encouraged to book their airport limousine pick up based on their estimated flight arrival times (ETA) to allow the airport limousine service provider to track changes in flight timing.
Each ride is restricted to one pick-up or drop-off point only and direct to/from the designated addresses. Request for en-route stopover will be subject to additional charges.
The travelling route is subject to the sole discretion of the limousine services providers.
Last minute add-ons during the trip may refer to but not exhaustively listed as additional distance incurred, additional wait times may incur additional surcharges for the Cardholder. The Cardholder will need to provide consent to be charged with on-trip extras to be able to proceed with the add-ons during the actual trip.
Blackout dates may apply during local holiday and mega events such as Singapore Airshow and Singapore Grand Prix. Please contact Citi Prestige Concierge for details.
It is mandatory by law in selected countries to have a baby and child seat for children below the height of 1.35m. The chauffeur reserves the right to decline pick-ups if the baby or child appears without prior request for a seat.
Payment must be settled by the eligible Citi Prestige cards and the charges will be billed by Aspire Lifestyles (SG) Pte Ltd.
On behalf of the Citi Prestige Concierge program, Aspire Lifestyles and its limousine service providers reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to any passenger or booking based on safety reasons and bad weather situation without any responsibility for any loss for passengers. Situations will include but not limit to typhoon, rainstorm, road conditions, safety of any passenger, driver or road user, stowage of overload / oversized / irregular luggage items. Please contact your Citi Prestige Concierge for details for relevant situations.
Cardholders understand and accept that Citi or Aspire Lifestyles are not the direct supplier of limousine transfer services. Citi or Aspire Lifestyles shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the services, including without limitation, the quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the limousine services providers, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the limousine transfer or in making available the service.
Aspire Lifestyles reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the offer and amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice. In case of disputes in connection with this offer, the decision of Aspire Lifestyles shall be final.

Complimentary Airport Limousine Service for Citi Prestige Singapore Principle cardholders
Citi Prestige Principal Cardmembers ("Cardmembers") will be entitled to 02 (two) complimentary one-way Airport Transfers per quarter during the Programme Period.
The Airport Transfer entitlement ("Entitlement") is non - transferable and the Principal Cardmember and/or Supplementary Cardmember must be one of the passengers during the use of the Entitlement. To qualify, Cardmembers must effect the Qualifying Charges (as defined in paragraph 5 below) within the quarter (as set out below):
1st quarter: From 1 January to 31 March 2021
2nd quarter: From 1 April to 30 June 2021
3rd quarter: From 1 July to 30 September 2021
4th quarter: From 1 October to 31 December 2021
“Qualifying Entitlements” refers to the 02 (two) complimentary limousine transfers per quarter that are given to Cardmembers who meet the minimum spend criteria of S$12,000 in that quarter.
The Qualifying Charges must be charged and posted to the Cardmember's Citi Prestige Card within the Programme Period. Citibank bears no liability for any late submission or transaction posting of any purchase by any merchant that might affect the Cardmember's eligibility to qualify for the Programme.
Cardmembers can bring forward their unused qualifying entitlement(s) from each quarter and utilize their qualifying entitlement(s) within the year in which the qualifying entitlement is given.
For avoidance of doubt, cardmembers cannot accumulate their spend beyond the Programme Period.
A "Qualifying Charge" is defined as accumulated retail transactions of a minimum sum of S$12,000 to the Citi Prestige card account within each quarter.
Payments made with Citi PayAll will also count towards the Qualifying Charge.
The following transactions are expressly excluded as a Qualifying Charge: any Equal Payment Plan purchases, any refund/rebate, disputed transaction, unauthorised or fraudulent transactions, Quick Cash transactions and monthly installments plans, cash advance, quasicash transactions, balance transfers, annual card membership fees, interest, goods and services taxes, late payment fees and any other form of service / miscellaneous fees. Any reversals/rebates/refunds, whether full or partial, will go towards reducing the accumulated retail spend amount. For the purposes of this Programme, the Qualifying Charge may be made by both Principal and Supplementary Citi Prestige Cardmembers. However, the Entitlement deduction will be done on an account level and from the Principal Cardmember.
Cardmembers are to make payment for the ride upon check out and Citibank will reimburse the airport transfers as per the qualifying entitlement for that quarter, inclusive of tax and late night charges, if any.
Cardmember is to make payment using their Citi Prestige Credit card. Citibank will reimburse the cost of Airport Transfer within the following quarter.
Should the terms and conditions of this Programme not be met, Citibank will not reimburse the cost of Airport Transfers.

3. How We Share Your Personal Information
We do not sell or otherwise disclose Personal Information we collect about you, except as described herein or otherwise disclosed to you at the time the data is collected to fulfill your Concierge service requests.
We may share your Personal Information with third parties, but only to perform the services requested by you in connection with your use of the Site and Concierge service. For example, we will share your Personal Information required to complete a dining reservation with a restaurant in order to fulfill your reservation request. When you use the service to make a reservation with a third party, you authorize us to disclose the information required by such third party to complete the booking. These third parties are not controlled by Aspire and Personal Information disclosed to them is subject to the applicable third party’s privacy policy and security practices.
We may disclose your Personal Information about you to your issuing bank, if applicable, and its service providers in connection with the Concierge service for the purpose of addressing your requests and/or inquiries.
We may share your Personal Information with affiliates (which includes any of our subsidiaries).
We also may share your Personal Information with our service providers who perform services on our behalf. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose such data except as necessary to perform certain services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. We require these service providers by contract to appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of Personal Information they process on our behalf.
We also may disclose your Personal Information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.
